How are you showing up in the world? Are you a ray of sunshine or burst negative energy dressed in nice clothing? One of the best ways to tell, is to pay attention to the way your body feels when you're communicating with others. Does the energy running through your body feel really good, or does it feel kind of yucky?

It doesn't really matter how fabulous you look on the outside, if the way you're showing up in the world is unattractive...

If you desire to be and feel more attractive, begin paying attention to the level of energy flowing through your body, and to the words emanating from your mouth.
